Returns and refunds
Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they remain new and unused. Request instructions through our contact form, including your order number and item details, before sending goods back.
Shipping costs and refunds
For ordinary returns, you pay return freight and receive a refund for the merchandise only; outbound and return shipping are excluded. If we made an error, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate correction. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.
Later returns
Eligible returns after 30 days incur these restocking deductions:
- Days 31–89: 15%
- Days 90–179: 25%
- Days 180–364: 50%
- After 12 months: no return credit
Vendor-specific conditions may apply to products shipped directly by suppliers; contact us before returning them.
Report damaged, defective or incorrect goods through our contact form. This policy does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.
